Reaching Mikan Japanese Restaurant during dinner time, I found the Japanese themed restaurant to be really comforable with lots of dining space.The first dish that arrived in front of me was the Salmon Skin Salad. I was rather intrigued with this appetizer as I was told to ensure the skin gets crispy some preparations had to be done and left overnight. It tasted really good especially with the salad sauce.
