The chinese people always love to roast suckling pig as this dish also symbolizes wealth and abundance. The roast suckling pig was actually very nice. I love the crispy roasted skin, the skin was very aromatic. The crunchiness was so nice i hear the crispy sound when i bite it. The roast suckling pig is slightly oily and it was a bit too much fats. I prefer the suckling pig without much fats. However, taste wise, it was still delicious especially eat together with the spring onion and hoi sin sa
