As a typical Asian, dishes must go along with rice. We had ordered a bowl of Hom Malee Brown Rice which means Jasmine Rice mixed with Brown Rice. For one is not used to take wholly brown rice, either it would be hard for them as it needs a lot of water to cook the brown rice. While Hom Malee served at My Elephant made a mixture of fragrant rice and brown rice, the feel was completely even, taste sweet from the fragrant rice and slightly chewy texture from the brown rice.
