We would not miss the Best seller "Snow" Fish - Salt-baked Fish served with My Elephant’s Signature Green Chilli Sauce. The entire outer body of the fish was spread with salt then wrapped in an aluminium foil before baking. When it was served on our table, we could smell the aroma coming out from the foil. The size of the fish was really not able to satisfy a group of 11 adults as we found the fish was rather small. Hence, we treated it as sampling. Well! took a small bite of the fish meat, it seemed the dish was over rated or it was not up to my liking. Some of my friends said it was also just moderately acceptable because the fish sweet taste was not there.
