This stall in the middle of Petaling Street's Chinatown has been around for decades, and my parents love their food alot. Even if it isn't really aunthetic Portuguese cuisine lol.The preparation method takes quite a bit of time so do visit when you're willing to wait! Most of the ingredients are chucked into aluminum foil, and then cooked over charcoal fire. Served in a foil-wrapped piece, it opens up to show your freshly hot grilled fish in a spicy ginger sauce.
