This is their signature dish, pork ribs is pre-marinated, the taste is full with marmite sauce and also honey. The marmite sauce taste is very strong, the meat is soft and tender, when you bite on it, the taste melt in your mouth, the meat is juicy too. I would suggest you use your hand when eating it, as it is really finger licking good. Yummy!
