Ploy located at Damansara Heights in the Work@ Clearwater building. Its a very quiet place and i almost missed the turning to the car park. It's actually a duck meat salad with pomelo. A very interesting combination of duck meat with pomelo. The duck meat is taste like smoke duck with a little bit of duck fats, makes the taste so strong when you bite it. Pomelo has adds on additional fun when munching the salad can feel the pomelo popping in the mouth. Although the portion looks small, but Is quite generous of them with lots of pomelo and many pieces of duck meat. Very refreshing appetizer to kick start the dinner.張貼
