As for this Organic Seeds Bun, I decide to pick it up among others for the fresh healthy-looking seeds seen from the bun Apparently the buns are topped off with some organic sunflower seeds that looks greenish, but taste wise still alright. You get to munch on the rather soft nut-like texture with a hint peanuts flavor, while the other flavor is hard to explain but it's good, haha. The bun itself is soft and fluffy. Basically, the bun has not much taste but is subtly delish with the seeds. Am fine with that, else, you could spread some butter in between to zest it up
