My family and I paid a visit to Nando's outlet at AEON @ Jusco at Taman Maluri not too long ago. It was at about lunch time (11.50am) when I reach the restaurant but only one staff was seen serving another table. Nando's had a sign outside saying "STOP! Please let us to seat you" but since no one was free to serve us, we got a seat for ourselves. It was at about lunch time (11.50am) when I reach the restaurant but only one staff was seen serving another table. Nando's had a sign outside saying "STOP! Please let us to seat you" but since no one was free to serve us, we got a seat for ourselves.

We were rather disappointed when our orders were only taken at 12.15pm, that's 20 minutes after we had seated. Thankfully, food and drinks came within 10 minutes after orders were placed. It was only when we started eating that we notice slowly a few other staffs emerged out of the kitchen. All of them weren't seen in the restaurant earlier. Our guess is that the staffs works on shift and they took time before they really started working.

My friends told me that it is not the first time Nando's is having this problem of "bad service". Hope they would improve on this. Although I love Nando's but for the price that I pay for the food and service, it is simply not worth it at the moment.
