I never get bored with macarons. Even though now the macaron fever is not as hot as when it first swept Malaysia, I still go crazy with them whenever I saw them in any bakery shops. I came across Les Deux Garcons macarons one day, and bought a few back home. colourful macaronsAmong the flavours I bought are sesame, lemon, wasabi and chocolate. The macaron's shell has a crispy outer layer and soft fillings, and the ganache sandwiched within the shells are creamy but not too sweet. I like them all, and found that the wasabi flavour is very special.
