while the stew was left at around 80%, we then add rice into the remaining soup to stir fry it and ending up with some sort of stir-fried rice with kimchi paste. i love the spiciness of this dish - it left me sweating profusely yet still craving for more. it was practically adrenaline-intriguing. can you believe that we actually thought it wasn't spicy enough at first? the owner, Sub then came with a huge bowl of kimchi paste to add in to the stew .__.
