Jap ChaeThe other Korean dish that always stays close to my heart is Jap Chae. Just that it could be tad oily at times as it need slightly more fluid to prevent it from sticking to the wok during sautéing process. So you could actually pair it with lots of greens like spring onions to reduce the oiliness. Other than that, it is still very good to go! ^__^
