Grilled Pork BellyYummy! I must say this dish is nearly perfecto! The meat is very succulent and tender, almost melt in your mouth, with some hint of honey sweetness. The pork belly is adequately marinated with their in house tasty Cajun spices and then grilled to perfection. It is then served on a bed of cauliflowers, broccolis, mashed potato and not forgetting my favourite fries! Hehe.. The vegetables are crisp an no wonder it’s to be backed by their ‘porc-pular’ demand.
