ying ker lou is located inside the pavilion kuala lumpur.It's somewhere at bukit bintang.Ying ker lou is a hakka style restaurant that offer wide variety of true hakka dishes.This is the fried mackerel.Very nice i would say.The makerel is so fresh and juicy.It's fried to a perfect tender.It's so crispy and the sauce is so tasty.The sauce is not too salty and didn't cover the freshness and sweetness of the mackerel.They added so much of the ginger on top of the side.The ginger is so fragrant and
