Sometimes when I come to eat Kin Kin pan mee, I not only want to eat their pan mee. Their pan mee is not my first priority to be frankly. I just like their chilli flakes. The chilli flakes here is really their highlights. When you go to their main branch, you can see there is sign of ask people not to take away the chilli. From there you will know how nice their chilli is. So when eat pan mee, sometimes I like to taste different soup instead of their vegetable taste soup. I like the fu zok soup
So when eat pan mee, sometimes I like to taste different soup instead of their vegetable taste soup. I like the fu zok soup taste. There are meatballs in it. So the soup actually tastes more like pork soup instead of vegetable soup. The fu zok is very crunchy when you eat it. But I prefer it to be soaked in the soup until it is soften. Then wrapped it up with chilli flakes.
