One thing I like the most about this fruit cake is that it comes with a whole loads of zesty fruits that range from sour to sweet, so kind of able to strike a moderate balance. This is a well done trick when it is to be paired with an acceptable amount of fresh cream ( my favourite by the way), alongside some slices of white chocolate on the side. When eaten all together, it allows you to enjoy some freshness sensation of dessert time without feeling cloying. Love the juicy kiwis, strawberries, peach and not forgetting the pulpy grapes!
