If you are Japanese cuisine lover, you will know this. Not many people out there know to enjoy a truly fresh prawn. Fresh prawn must be well cleaned and processed before served on the table. Menya Musashi serves an average prawn, not too bad. It was fresh and the presentation was good enough and appetizing. Prawns sashimi tends to have soft prawns and you will have to eat it raw. If you like raw prawn, this is good and sweet.
