Five Combination Platter - Baby octopus with Jelly

The first dish from the chinese banquet set meal is the combination platter. The combination platter have a few types of dishes, some are cold, some are deep fried. One of them is the baby octopus with jelly fish. I very much like the baby octopus with jelly fish. The baby octopus is marinated in a slightly sweet and sticky sauce. The baby octopus is ver sweet and fresh. The jelly fish is slightly crunchy and is also seasoned with some chilli.
