To know whether a restaurant's food were fresh or not the must ingredient that you must try is fish slide, this is because fish slide will get spoil very fast if it is not kept at a cold place.I'm not sure what type of fish that they are using but the fish were cuted in a bigger slide compare to other restaurant but at least when you cook this fish it still remain one piece.
