Crab meat shark fin soup is another traditionally popular food. I also quite like the taste and the consistency of the shark fins soup. I, however, believe that the shark fins in most restaurant nowadays are vegetarian shark fins, hardly of those shark fins served are real shark fins. The thick soup has a starchy texture, there were lots of fresh peeled crab meats in the soup. The crab meats were very fresh and sweet. The soup is best mixed with some black vinegar to further elevate the flavor
