Cold SatayYa…is it cold satay? Hehe.. That did bewildered me actually in the first place This chicken cutlet is sort of deep fried first before skewered onto a bamboo stick and laid on banana leaves. Well, the meat is adequately marinated, bit hard, but still good to go.You can go with some mayo or thousand island sauce, or the conventional chillies sauce, if you preferred.
