Beef rib, oh, beef rib, I would imagine you to be as smooth as pork rib could be. Indeed it was in il Lido. The first rib was very tender and smooth. Almost no effort required to debone it if you asked me. Juicy in the mouth, the texture was close to pork rib. However the other rib was a little tough and comparably less satisfactory. Flavor wise, it was very good. The mash was decent.
