The beef escalope at Dirty Nelly's makes for a good substitute for steak when one isn't quite feeling like cutting steak, or enduring the toughness of (cheaper) thick beef.This pretty much tastes like a black pepper and mushroom steak, but a whole lot thinner. Despite being well done, it's juicy and chewy without being tough or difficult to chew.
