To usher in the holy month of Ramadhan this year , the chefs of Berjaya Times Square hotel , Kuala Lumpur has skillfully put together a sumptuous buffet spread with more than 200 authentic local cuisines , promising an exceptional experience for all . BIG APPLE RESTAURANT , Berjaya Times Square Hotel having a promotion for Ramadhan buffet during the Buka Puasa season which is at RM128 nett for adults and RM58 nett for children in the 1st & 4th week and RM138 nett per adult , RM68 nett per child for the 2nd & and 3rd week . Early bird vouchers are also available for Purchase at RM100 nett for adults and RM50 nett for children . The Bazaar Ramadhan buffet starts on 29th May 2017 till 22nd June 2047 , 6.30pm to 10.30pm . Gue to popular demands , the AngklungBalleBalle band will once again be back to entertain guest during the buffet .
The big apple restaurant at level 14 will be transformed into a bazaar . The outlet will feature Ramadhan bazaar stalls reminiscent of those found in popular outdoor bazaars around Malaysia during the festive period . " Guests will be able to experience first-hand what the contemporary Malaysia food bazaar is like in Malaysia during Ramadhan . We strive to emulate the lively atmosphere of a bazaar and give the guest an authentic and memorable dining experience .
Aside from the lively and inviting bazaar atmosphere , Berjaya Times Square Hotel has also prepared a special Kedah Claypot fish Head Curry ,Prepared by Chef Yusoff using his grandmother's family recipe . Utilizing onlt the freshest ingredients and aromatic spices , the claypot Fish head curry is Guaranteed to be the highlight of the entire buffet dinner .
Individual stalls will be spaced around the restaurant featuring special signature dishes . Guests can expect Lempengkelapa , lamb Briyani , ikan keli/Cencaru Bakar , Pucuk Manis Ubikeledek , Otak-otak muar , Murtabak istimewa , , Ayam goreng Uncle Bakri among many other must try traditional Malay dishes .
