Any fusion food will always get my interests. Being Asian, my palate is accustomed to heavy spices. Spotted the asian style golden soft shell crab pasta from the menu. This dish fits my requirement of fusion, seafood, and carbohydrates. Well, the menu described it as spaghetti tossed in creamy butter sauce, with chilli padi, crispy curry leaves, soft shell crabs and chilli flakes.
