Kakuni, or known as braised pork meat was well with ramen's broth and with half boiled egg and fish cake, with side dishes such as ame tamago and corocqutte.. superb full..The broth of course has slight mild porky smell while the chicken ramen was with chicken broth.. Thoughful as a chef, good in combi with the ingredients..🍲この料理超美味しいね!
