The chef is very kind to offer us two different fish head noodle soup. We try the original broth which actually giving me the 'WOW' factor. The usual Fish Head Noodle ingredients are the milky soup , ginger, shallots, salted vegetables, tomatoes,and other ingredients.In Win Soon Cafe, they only serving their very own vermicelli (only one type) and the soup is delicious.Fragrant, and thick texture with amazingly perfect balance and mixture of the sweet and sour taste.The fish head is deep fried, large chunk of fish meat and very crispy too.Thumbs Up!
