这家餐厅坐落于lot10的顶楼,跟某件知名健身中心在同一楼,如果不留意的话很可能会忽略掉,餐厅的设计很特别,用木条穿越着餐厅的顶部,看起来很现代,也很舒服。食物也很有水准,蘑菇汤很香浓,意大利面也很好吃,而且从餐厅可以看到kl的风景。 繼續閱讀

Pasta and Grilled LambTime for some carbo food to be infused with the dinner as a whole So here we got the penne pasta that I prepared al dente in some light Napoleon Sauce. Unlike its counterpart that are of gravy version, this fare that seems to like just toss with the red sauce with some accompanied ingredients like capsicum, leafy greens and others, it’s quite toothsome too. Having doused with some paprika spice generously on the top, it helps to bring up the pasta flavor with the fragrance of the herbs itself. As for the grilled lamb in black pepper, the meat is tender and thoroughly infused with the strong aroma of the pepper, helping it getting rid of the goatish smell. Eaten with the blanched broccoli, it makes an adequately wonderful meal and night to be enjoyed with your buddies, while watching the serene night to call it a day. 一间餐厅的环境也是很重要的,就象这间座落于lot10楼上的餐厅,你可以看到klcc,餐厅外有个bar,而且还有个小草地让一班好友可以坐在那边欣赏kl的夜景边喝些酒。当然不忘他的食物,蘑菇汤香滑可口,那天点的carbonara意面也浓而不腻,会再回来试他们别的菜式. 繼續閱讀

Perched on Lot 10's eighth-floor rooftop, Teeq is sleek, spare and stylish. The food here is very good. Chef Kevin Cape has concocted a compact menu that makes a harmonious marriage of East and West. Soft-shell crab with pomelo & coconut salad. A terrific, tangy tastebud-tickler. Beef carpaccio is taken to new heights with simple sides of poached egg, fresh leaves and shaved pecorino cheese. Break the yolk, mix it up with everything else, then take a bite for an explosion of flavours. The medallion herb-scented cod with potato gnocchi in tomato sauce was out of this world. Undeniably one of the best cods we've ever tasted; succulent and matched brilliantly with a sauce that was somehow both light and luxurious. The slow-cooked confit of salmon with braised fennel and citrus fruit in soya ginger and orange jus was a letdown in comparison. The salmon was slightly overcooked and not as moist as it should have been for a confit. We're full of praise for the honey-glazed duck confit with orange-perfumed risotto and red wine jus. Duck confit can often be too salty, but this was perfect. The skin was crisp, the flesh was fork-tender, and the taste was everything that we love in duck meat. The slow-braised grain-fed beef cheek infused with miso sake and Asian spices with chive mash and thick onion rings was a hearty serving, but would have been better if it had been less gamey. Still, this would work very well as comfort food for carnivores. Teak Tweak cocktail (citrus vodka, lychee, passion fruit) and Kaffir Mojito (vodka, coconut rum, kaffir lime, lemongrass, wild ginger). innovative as tiramisu served on a martini glass. overall display was outstanding indeed. when it comes to gustation test, it utterly failed. liquor was prohibited to add due to halal rules, so it still merit a pardon. But why coffee scent can be vanishing together with mascarpone cheese?as comparison, this chocolate brownies did perk me up lightly. embedding with some chopped walnut, the brownies was fudgy and damply rich chocolatey. however, the sweetness was slightly over-intense for me. 繼續閱讀
