Salmon steak just my thing but this, way too overcooked from perfection. From the look, it doesn't look like salmon steak. Revisit the menu; hmmm this is deep fried salmon in BBQ sauce served with mix vegetables. No wonder the salmon was so dry and tough. The set came with rice, miso soup and chawanmushi. I like the chawanmushi the most. Served hot and very smooth. Taste and smell great too.
