Salad BarA never say NO appetisers would be this refreshing salad greens. Don’t belittle them for they could really get you hooked on it You can help yourself with the slices of capsicums, carrots and cucumber. All the greens are very fresh and crisp. The stripes of carrots actually intrigue me for they are not as hard as I thought they might be, which usually depicted by raw carrot. I suppose they might have blanched it prior preparing them for the customers. Thus, they are good to go with the assorted salad dressing which aren’t too creamy. Yum!

Had a short stay at the resort. What's best to have after a session of swimming in the pool? Well, it has to be ice-cream! So there you go, my banana split in three assorted flavor ice-cream. As usual, the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice-cream, topped with fresh whipped cream, roasted almonds, chocolate sauce, and not to forget the half riped banana splitted into two. Ice-cream was just yummylicious and sweet. And i like the roasted almonds that add crunchy texture and almond flavors to this simple dessert. The banana split was divine on a hot afternoon, I can't have enough of it. The ice-cream was quick to melt due to the hot weather. The dessert was well presented with pretty garnish like a flower.
