Serimuka is a specialist in Malay cuisine. From the common nasi lemak to the famous East Coast Malay food, Nasi Dagang, they prepare it with authentic malay style.I like the rice for its unique flavour and fragrance. It is a combination of red yeast rice, brown rice, glutinous rice and herbs.The accompanying dishes include Gulai Ikan Tongkol, some local tuna richly spiced in coconut milk with lemon grass, chilli paste and turmeric, and some lightly Pickled Vegetables. I will say it is good because it has a right balance of sweet and spicy taste. However, the fish is not as fresh as I'd have expected. But the curry flavour is very rich here. Thumbs up!
