We love sushi!! So we decided to have it in The Curve shopping mall! Nice environment and staff are friendly here! We don't order any main meals but only seeking for sushi on the rolling machine. For those not on the machine roll, we ordered separately from the staff! The sushi we ate were: inari bean curd sushi, prawn wrapped sushi, potato side dish, octopus, normal crab or cucumber sushi roll! Enjoying this moment very much and overall it taste delicious!!

My mom is a fan of inari sushi but not me. I don't mind trying one though. I prefer my inari to be stuffed with more stuffings like crabmeat but my mom prefers it plain. So out of curiosity, I tried the plain inari sushi. It was alright, sweet tofu skin with rice. I still dip it in shoyu and wasabi because I prefer my sushi to be savoury and slightly spicy. Sweet sushi is still unique to me and it will take some time to sink in, if at all.

The salad might not have been the best salad I have had, and remembering the best would be the tofu salad in the zanmai sushi. This one is bland and unappetising compared to the one with those soft tofu. But this is a good choice to replenish the need for vegetable in your diet. However, when having sushi, it is not common to order salad, but yet there are items that is very suitable to replenish vegetable in your diet. And that I am referring to the california handroll. A sheet of roasted seaweed with fresh cucumbers and avocado in it. Considered to be one of my favourite, the dishes in the Sakae sushi chain is always consistently good when it comes to taste, quality, and the freshness especially when it comes to salmon. Also the very well trained staffs which would always make dining experience even more pleasurable. The seating and the interior of this place is nothing to be bragged about because it is a franchise. It is sufficiently comfortable and suitable for comfy meal. The portions of the serving are nicely prepared and there would be some more space for those who like the ordering add on. There are few items on the menu that is very suitable as communal dishes for sharing. Those spinning plates of delicious sushi on the rotating belts is the awesome thrill when dining in Japanese restaurant with belts. Of course when it comes to items like raw fishes, lets try and avoid the spinning ones and ask for fresh ones from the kitchen. I really don’t think any restaurant should be serving raw items on the belt. It is so important for it to still be fresh when dinners have it. For the sake of both hygiene and the taste wise.

This healthy bento set was served with Grilled Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Chawanmushi, Miso Soup and Japanese rice.The grilled salmon was very delicious, well-marinated and grilled to perfection. The salmon was tasted fresh and served in a generous portion. The Teriyaki Chicken - a boneless chicken breast meat was marinated with the sweet savory Teriyaki sauce and deliciously grilled. It was very tasty to savor with the Japanese rice.The Japanese steamed egg or Chawanmushi was delightful and pleased the palate with flavorful ingredients such as enoki mushroom, chicken meat and imitation shark fin.The Miso soup was slightly salty. The ingredient added to the soup are seaweed and tofu.

i came here with my friend to order some of the desserts after the heavy meal in other restaurant and came here to the curve to enjoy the food here. many cafe and restaurant here and the desserts seems nothing much and thinking of the mochi in japanese style and just dine in at sakae sushi them mochi is soft enough and inside have the tasty black sesame good and tasty .
