It is served plain, with salt and lemon on the side."I still don't undrestand why we need to call it the calamari ring but not just fried squid.It was a finger snack while I was waiting for someone at the restaurant. And it was very, very good, for a bowl of calamari ring.First, it is freshly fried, hot and slightly sizzling when served.Second, thai chilli sauce instead of normal tomato or chilli sauce.Both shows the sincerity of the restaurant to serve good food, and indeed their foods are good.I'll give a 5/5 for this calamari rings.
