Me and my family visited Oochid last Sunday in IOI mall. We ordered hotplate chicken and hot plate lamb chop.Immediately we noticed and tasted that the hot plate chicken is burnt.Hence we feedback immediately and we get a return within a short waiting time.Unfortunately, we realised that we get back the same plate with extra sauce to cover the burnt mark. The bitter and burnt smell is all over the burnt chicken even we scrap off the burnt place.This is a insincere service.
