O'Briens Irish Sandwich Café have the healthy meal that i am looking for for lunch here they have the fresh sandwiches and the inside have the egg and cheese and salads are freshly prepared in front of customers,i really this kind of concept and made to order and I can clearly see what are inside my favourite foodstuff here.the price is about rm 12 onwards here.

O'Briens is located at lower Ground of Empire Shopping Gallery, just opposite The Loaf and beside Teh Tarik Place. O'Briens is an Irish Sandwich Cafe which well known for their healthy sandwiches The also serve salads, wrappos, soups, freshly squeezed juices, refreshing smoothies, gourmet coffees, cakes and Irish snacks. The environment is nice and comfortable, but I can see there are limited of table. I have ordered Crambo Club (Toostie with Chicken Slice and Crisp, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato and Honey Mustard Mayo, served with Potato Chips @ RM18.50). The bread is toasted until very crispy, the chicken slice is delicious, all the vegetables added in are very fresh. The portion is quite big, if you are s small eater, you can share this with 2 person. Overall, although it is quite expensive to pay almost RM20 for a sandwich, but i think it is worth the money.

O'briens sandwich is a healthy option to Subway in my opinion though the price difference is quite high in comparison. The picture above is the triple decker sandwich with chips on the sides. I like the fact that they use bacon in their sandwiches but the downside is it is turkey bacon instead of the porky type. Although the triple decker sandwich looks big but for me it was not filling enough as it was lacking in flavor and the mayonnaise had a tinge of mustard in it.
