Mbuji, a very special name it is. Pronounced as “Boo-ji”. Derived from a rock in Tanzania is what we are going to try for this round. we spotted the restaurant when we are in the Tropicana Mall searching for food. The environment is cool with a beautiful style of atap house alike and the place had got us there to visit. We ordered some delights to try of the night where we had the Nasi Lemak of course for the day. We had the Nasi Lemak Special is where the nasi lemak is fragrant taste of coconuts in their rice and accompanied with the nice curry to be blend together. The ayam rendang was great with the soft and tender texture of the chicken as well as the fragrant taste of the curry.Taste: 5/5Price: RM 10.90We also ordered the Roast Chicken with Black Pepper Sauce where the quarter roasted chicken is being served together with the mashed potatoes and drizzled with the black pepper gravy. It is served together with the cucumber and tomato salsa with it.Taste: 4/5Price: RM 12.90 繼續閱讀

Being a coffee amateur, I have always been intrigued about the professionalism involved behind its preparation other than just appreciating the aroma of it. And thus, upon hearing that there was this “Coffee Appreciation Night” organized by Mbuji owner, I decided t to chip in this coffee-sharing night without a second thought for am sure gonna gained lots from it, be it the tasting aspect or even further deepening my understanding about the coffee significance itself. We were greeted with the warmest welcome upon arriving at the venue and we could see everything about the coffee utensils as well as table seating, had been systematically arranged. Such a comfy & homey sight! ^^ I guess that’s what we gonna feel if we were at Mount Buji in Africa itself (Mbuji) And before we started our “lesson”, we were treated with their in-house yummy desserts which consist of cheesecakes varietis, brownies etc which were really delightful!^^ Thus, whenever you happen to drop by this outlet, do help yourself with all the arrays of yummy delectable spread at its pastry cornerJThanks again Mbuji for all the hospitality as well as the invaluable inputs on coffee knowledge. I guess I have better grasp of it right now, as least to which I prefer, either Arabica or Robusta , hehe..J 繼續閱讀
