Craving food Penang food, we head straight to the Lorong Seratus Tahun located at the highest floor of the newly refurbished Sunway Putra Mall. Easily accessible via train, there is also a pedestrian street which connects the mall to the train station as well as the hotel located right opposite the mall. The restaurant itself is part of the Selera Street vendors where you can find local Malaysian food such as the famous SS2 banana fritters, siput noodles, popiah and many more which I’ve yet to try. Perhaps another time.I ordered the Penang Prawn Mee Hoon this time around which cost me RM 11.60. But to my disappointment, they didn’t manage to get my order right. First they brought a curry noodle. The second time they brought a prawn mee instead of mee hoon. They managed to get my order right only on the third attempt. Luckily taste wise, they managed to cover up. The soup is nice, flavourful enough but lacking in terms of the amount of prawns and fish cake slices. The prawn was really small and it was extremely thinly sliced. My friends had their char kuey teow. It was fragrant and the portion was just right. No complaints on that. Our bill came up to RM 40.00 for three pax. 繼續閱讀
