Naeng myun (or naengmyoen) is a Korean cold noodle dish made of buckwheat noodles. It is ttopped with egg, meat, vegetables, and a savory, vinegary ice-cold hence the name cold noodle. This noodle is very suitable in our weather as we have hot weather almost all year long. The noodle is deliciously cooling and easy to eat especially when having it during lunch while the weather is super hot.
