Creamy macaroniActually I am not expecting macaroni to be part of the spread over here since it carries a much heavier weight of Western elements. But that’s alright as then i get to taste how this Yemeni restaurant can go creative with it. Over here, the macaroni is rather soft as if it has been slightly over boiled, or is it meant to be so? Anyhow, they still can’t run away from the creamy idea when preparing this pasta. Adequate cream sauce and milk are added to it to present that gooey texture. I would say it is surprisingly still taste good albeit softer and comes with less fancy side ingredients, and the gravy is not as thick as it might seem. Not bad.
