You know, I find this to be the perfect dessert especially after heavy meals. Because it's more sourish instead of sweet; it actually "churns" the digestive system better and don't make you feel as bloated as the sweet gelatos do. I love it. A wonderful combination of lemons & limes.. every sourish spoonful is certainly a "shock" to my tongue's senses ! Loved it!
