看见素餐馆有鱼头米粉很好奇到底是什么味道，到底用什么为鱼头。浓浓的鲜奶味扑鼻而来，原来是我的鱼头米，素鱼片代替鱼头香脆可口，咸菜，番茄，香菇。一点也不输外面的鱼头米，虽然没有鱼头可是汤还是很甜，不懂老板的秘诀是什么。大家不妨到来品尝品尝。

让我认识它是因为我偶尔在foodfair 拿到这家店的coupon。一间以organic 为主的餐馆，用最原味而不受化学药物污染的食材呈献最原汁原味的食物。火辣辣的酸辣东炎羊肉，采用了几种香菇，其茎很像羊肉，香菇吸收了东炎的味道，最不错的不过于其热哄哄的汤。

这个三杯鲜菇看起来真的很开胃。又小玉米，菌类，木耳青椒等等。酱汁的味道不会很咸，里面还有来自蔬菜的鲜甜味道。蔬菜不会煮到很软，脆脆的，很爽口。但是我不喜欢九层塔的味道。

这个应该是我吃过健康又好吃的蔬菜焗飯了啦。上面的芝士不但多还完全融入进米饭里面。里面还有很多蔬菜，也是一样沾了芝士的味道。一点都不会油腻呢。份量也很多，热腾腾的吃真的很好味道。

这个餐厅我在网上看都有很多人说好吃又健康。因为他们都是用有机的食物。首先叫了一个药材山菇。不要小看这小小的一份，吃起来味道有很香的药材味。味道香是其次，最主要是味道很够而且没有味精的味道。

Again with vegetarian friendly cheese(without animal rennet) andfried rice with mushroom. It's equally delicious with the original cheese.... Somehow , if I say they taste totally the same, im lying. It wasn't as flavorful as the normal cheese baked rice, but because they had actually fried the rice before sprinkling the cheese on top to bake, so be mentally prepared to taste the wonderful and flavorful fried rice at the bottom...!

Stew Herbal Mushroom(药材山菇）.RM14.90(S) / RM18.90(L)Mushroom lovers! This is for you. Too bad, I'm not a mushroom person. hehe. . . Anyway, the aromatic broth is made by Goji berry, red kurma, with mixed fresh mushroom....It's sweetness contributed from the goji berry and red kurma, my mom loves this very much , she says this is one of the best she had ever eaten because the broth taste so authentic and real...and she can hardly taste any added msg... she has a sharp palate I must say!

Coconut Tom Yam(椰子东炎).RM17.90This is a healthy version Tom Yam which chef has substituted coconut milk with yogurt. Although it doesn't contain coconut milk but it tastes as nice as an original one! The sweet and sourness adjusted so welly together. . . Cauliflower, corn,coconut meat, and bean curd. It is so capable of increasing your appetite...Trust me, You'll add one more bowl of rice just like me!

Crystal Jade Roll(翡翠卷). RM14.90(S) /RM18.90(L)The 'jade roll' itself doesn't stand outstandingly but when they're drench in the zesty savory mango sauces, it's totally different story.The hard-to-resist crispy outer layer is super scrumptious!The sweet and slightly sourish tinge that contributes from the mango syrup and lime has actually bring up the entire dish. It was utterly appetizing and you wouldn't get enough of the crunchy texture !

Yam Basket . RM 18.90Fry home made yam paste with sauted mixed veggie. Chef lim assure you that everything is totally organic!From the cashew nuts to the yam baskets, to all the ingredients in the basket..I think the yam basket was lack of flavor, perhaps they didn't add enough mixed herbs or, maybe, just my prediction, flavor enhancer to bring up the flavor of yam. Too bad, when the food arrives, it was slightly cold too.. So I don't think it taste good...the yam basket weren't hot and crunchy.

This is the very first time i tried such nutrient-packed, thirst-quenching, and delicious fruit punch tea!Surprisingly it's serve hot...! Can you imagine?It taste sweet and slightly sourish, because it is made from red apple, green apple,Mango, orange tea, orange juice and passion fruit..... It's rediculously tasty and addictive... I love healthy beverage such like this... thumbs up for this!

Mango PuddingPrice of each dessert is RM5.90. After having such heavy meal, I am not guilty at all as all dishes are organic and vegetable based. Coconut Pudding.I personally don't like coconut flavor in everything!I only love young coconut juice... The pudding was soft, but still, I think it's overly sweetened...It was overly sweet, I just had a spoonful of it and doesn't feel like eating anymore...The pitiful amount of halves strawberry makes me frown as well, thinking RM5.90 worth nothing at all...
