Capricciosa may just be another Italian and Japanese fusion restaurant but they do get my thumbs up for serving the best lasagna in town. How can you get wrong with lasagna? Its just meat with lots of tomato paste and cheese with some pasta. Capricossa's lasagna come with chicken or beef, I usually take mine with beef. The portion served here is big enough to feed two people. What I liked most is the way the chef melts the cheese in between the pasta instead of leaving a layer of cheese on top.
