This calm, unpretentious outlet provides a reasonable bang for your buck. The menu comprises simple recipes that seem common, but everything we ordered proved satisfying. We loved the no-frills twin burgers, comprising thick, succulent homemade patties topped with onions. A sandwich, assembled on order with poached chicken, cheese & fried egg. Quite a bargain for only 6 ringgit. Two light eaters could easily share this. Rich, warm brownies, with raspberry vanilla ice cream. No complaints. Mini cupcakes. We've had bad encounters elsewhere with tiny cupcakes that were dry, stale and flavored like cardboard. These were the opposite: moist, fresh-tasting and perfectly sugary. Peach Melba. Can't go wrong with such a sumptuous fruit. Chocolate cookies. Pleasantly crisp, with a straight-from-the-oven taste. All of that only cost us 40 ringgit. Certainly worth every sen.

Like all Asians, we tend to have rice for almost every meal. For an Asian touch, the Nasi Goreng Kampung is the one for you. Served with pappadam, cucumber pickles, sunny side up and two big deep fried prawns, the fried rice is flavourful with a hint of spiciness among chicken meat and kangkung while the anchovies gives a burst of saltiness here and there. It is quite a balanced meal with meat and vegetables thrown in together.
