However the pepper aroma were strong but not too hot.They were not stingy as their were quite a number of pig stomach inside the soup.

猪脚醋是我平常很少机会吃到的食物，因为我只喜欢吃妈妈煮的，而只有家里有婴儿满月妈妈才会煮，来到高人馆朋友介绍我一定要尝下这里的猪脚醋，但猪脚醋上桌时已经问到很浓的醋味了，喝一口算醋非常的够味也很酸十分醒胃，而且猪脚也很入味半肥瘦的猪脚令人吃得津津有味，很有家里的味道

这道长骨的做法有点像糖醋排骨，但是长骨比较大块所以吃的时候特别爽可以用手拿着慢慢啃，长骨的肉炸过后外皮香脆，而且肉汁全部都锁在肉里，吃起来嫩嫩的配上甜甜的酱非常下饭

之前去puchong找朋友，朋友便带我来到了这间高人馆，我们点了这道芋头扣肉，这里的芋头这的煮的很粉嫩，吃起来芋头的香味充满嘴里，而且扣肉更是好吃店家用的是五花肉，肉的肥瘦分明，我不喜欢扣肉是全瘦的以为吃起来没口感也不香，但是这里的扣肉不会有这样的问题，很好吃

他们的炖汤一点也不逊色，这盅清炖瘦肉汤，炖得非常够火候，老板说他们的炖汤都是炖上至少六个小时以上的。他们的瘦肉汤看起来很清淡，但是味道还挺浓郁的，一点也不觉得很油腻的感觉。一盅大概要十二零吉，但是我觉得还蛮值得的。

清蒸蒜茸大头虾真的很新鲜，简直是海鲜爱好者的挚爱。清蒸时加上花雕酒，和姜丝。端上桌时简直就是酒香扑鼻而来呢。虾肉非常弹牙无比，火候控制得恰恰的好，吃了过后简直口齿留香。虾头蛮大的，里头还有很多虾膏，但是吃多几个会觉得很恶心呢。

他们的芋头和五花腩做成的块块都有整一公分以上的，和他们利用南乳来调制的。芋头蒸得十分的软，好像吃着芋泥这样。五花腩，块块都肥瘦均衡，吃起来也是非常的滑嫩，完全没有肥腻的感觉。扣肉成皮和脂肪真的太滑了，和扣肉汁带着浓郁南乳香。

Gao Ren Guan has been around in Bandar Puchong Jaya for years and has built a good reputation for their Chinese cuisines. The restaurant is cozy with classy wooden decorations and they offer large choices of ala-carte hot dishes.Bean curd with sliced muchrooms, shredded pork & crab meat. The bean curd was smooth and baby soft, while the gravy consisting sliced mushroom, shredded pork and crab meat tasted so nice and goes well with white rice. I can have two bowls of rice by just having the gravy

Gao Ren Guan is indeed a great place to have meals with families. There is a lot of variety of delights to try there and the food there is well made. It has lots of delights not to be misssed there like the Fu Kua and more. Spare Ribs with Special Sauce which we had is very good and nice. It is well BBQ and the ribs do have meat as well. The meat is tender and nice to have.
