Roast duck The duck was being marinated by some Chinese herbs so that it had herb aroma and roasted to perfect brown color. I like to eat the skin as the taste was flavourful and not too salty. However, it was slightly oily though. The texture of the duck was tender and juicy. The duck dipped with some chilli sauce was more tasty and it had some strong garlic taste with it.

If you ask me which place or restaurant sells the best Wantanmee. SOON HENG!!!No doubt!I strongly believe that everyone agrees with me , unless you never try soon heng bfore!The noodle was super springy and bouncy.. it has a very unique texture, I must say.Paired with beef tendon (ngao gen in cantonese), instead of having 'gon lou', I have the soup version because it's healthier...It taste equally delicious with the dry one.. but if you're not concern about your health, go for the dry one! IT IS FANTASTIC!!!*Double thumbs up, and highly recommended*
