The infamous Lorong Selamat Char Kuey Teow is located inside the Restoran Heng Huat. A plate of Char Kuey Teow cost RM6 for a standard plate and RM8 for large plate. I ordered the bigger plate to share with my other half. Taste wise, it just it just fell flat of everything; reputation and expectation. Oily, with no signs of waxed sausages and pork lard, it wasn't even worth ordering a second plate.
