Chow yang restaurant already changed name to S11 Restaurant. Inside the restaurant have one stall name Home cooked steam fish, this hall have a lot of Chinese food, especially their Nyoya steamed(Fish) really nice. Nyoya taste is hot and spicy, and the smile damn good, chef of steamed fish told us because Nyoya sauce is home made !
