汉城酒家的十人套餐(1588++),分量刚刚好,食物更是美味极了,不会有太咸太油,有酒楼的水准~~它的前菜里的带子是整粒的,真的是下足料,虾子沾上芒果美乃滋,很满意~最满意的是鱼翅,它的鱼翅是我吃过最满意的,没有残留螃蟹壳,入口即化,鱼翅,冬菇,蟹肉,干贝,搭得完美~有机会一定会再去吃。 繼續閱讀

Eel dumpling. This was another interesting deep fried item from the trolley. After the waiter mentioned it was Eel dumpling, we took one and try. The deep fried batter was thick and it was not crunchy as my expectation. The inner fillings of eel was slightly sweet and it was very moist. I would say the texture of over moisture was not my cup of tea. This was a so-so dish. 繼續閱讀

Even deep fried chicken wing can be a special dish from this restaurant. The deep fried chicken wing is actually stuffed with otak otak and served with lemon grass sauce. At first, i have doubts about the combination of chicken wing with otak otak, but again, Han Room proves to me that their creativity does works. The dish was quite a pleasurable dish. Love the crispy non oily chicken wing, with the stuffed otak otak which was so tasty. The lemon grass sauce was tangy and uplifting. 繼續閱讀

The Oriental Group of Restaurants' culinary dynasty has branched out to The Gardens Mall, where The Han Room was born last week, several kilometers away from its sister outlet, The Ming Room at Bangsar Shopping Center. Business was brisk on The Han Room's first Friday night, even though its entrance inside the mall was still sealed shut and customers had to exit the building to enter the restaurant. "Thousand-layer" bean curd. Skilfully sliced into a delicate work of art. Seemed like a shame to poke our forks into this, but it tasted top-notch _ soft and smooth. Braised egg noodles with "soon hock" fish. Irreproachable; the noodles supplied a light, springy bite and subtle eggy flavor that went so well with the fresh, firm fish. Lobster steak in Chardonnay sauce. A tender chunk of crustacean flesh in creamy, aromatic gravy. Delicious, but kinda overshadowed by the other dishes here. Shatin chicken stuffed with Chinese sausages. A sweet, succulent alternative to all the other nondescript chicken recipes elsewhere. Mix it all up and everything still combines flawlessly. We loved the liver sausages, which boasted an intense honey-like flavor and melt-in-the-mouth moistness. 繼續閱讀

Went to The Han Room to have lunch and this is the first time to try out their food. We ordered pork meat with chilled sweet & sour sauce for our appetizer. And yeah it is chilled pork meat and it looks like kebab stick with green and yellow lantern pepper stuck in a bowl of ice. The taste is freezing cold and I hardly can taste any thing the sauce taste is not thick. Will not order this again but is an interesting dish. Next we have Aberdeen Sizzling Vension Fried Rice with Taiwan 'Sa Zha' sauce. Such a long name for a fried rice but anyway this fried rice smells great and taste good because it is cooked with Taiwan 'Sa Zha' sauce the aroma of the sauce taste strong this sauce. Love this fried rice.For dessert we order Chilled Mango Cream with Pomelo, Sago &ice cream this is superb! The mango cream texture is soft and it taste so fresh just like eating fresh mango feel. Besides the combination makes the dessert so delightful to finish it and felt refreshing after eating it. 繼續閱讀
