招牌菜
我很少说我想吃中国菜，但是看着open rice的一堆对石锅鱼的好评，我也去了一趟湘粤情（也是因为它离我公司不远)石锅鱼里有着香炸起来的fish fillet,汤底是麻辣的辣，能吃辣和爱喝汤的朋友，一定会爱死这道菜。我完全被这到汤打败，去了一次后，不久就会在光顾。

再次感谢open rice和湘粤情老板的邀请，让我有机会免费试吃中国各省的名菜！炸鱼片泡在热腾腾地麻辣汤里。虽然鱼片先炸后泡汤，但肉质却还很软嫩。至于那红彤彤的辣汤，主厨不理会我们的舌头，坚持要我们品尝最正宗的麻辣！第一口，虽辣但清爽，还闻到很浓的牛骨汤底。后续的那几口，辣度慢慢地提升，舌头真的感觉到有少少地麻。石锅鱼（右）第二道汤，玉米排骨汤（左）比较适合不欢辣的食客。不加任何的奶，只用猪骨纯熬出来的汤头，喝起来蛮清淡，特爱它那玉米，新鲜又清甜。圆润饱满的肉丸，形状有如狮子的头一样。肉质鲜嫩，肥瘦肉也拿捏地刚刚好，口感有如入口既化。醇香浓郁的鲍鱼酱汁和肉块，让白饭一连可吃好几碗。爽脆微酸，后续带点麻辣鲜香。

Actually i seldom go hunan restaurant, however, i would like to say that once i go to Restaurant Xiang Yue Qing, i suddenly fall in love in hunan chinese set meal. Their 石锅鱼 very very delicious for those who like to eat spicy and hot soup. Their fish very fresh and put a lot of pepper. Make me non stop to have drink this soup.However, their 湖南串烧虾 very salty and the prawn meat not so elastic. But still can have a try.

To who like to eat spicy everywhere, i would like highly recommend this restaurant, the 石锅鱼 very very nice and good taste. There got a lot of fish fillet, pepper, a very nice soup.The 湖南串烧虾 just a bit salty, but still nice to eat.Highly recommend 金瓜鸡，very sweet and tasty. so evidently, i tend to gravitate to things that i know are awesomely yummy licious.

I am so excited about this restaurant as I view the restaurant and the photos of the dish its make me to taste the foods. Seems i new to makan venture who organised by Open Rice team i was really excited to know what actually the environment it is.. it soooo fun and meet up new friends as well. The dish I most enjoyed is Stone fish soup spicy, Hunan style grilled prawn and pumpkin with chicken. Stone fish spicy soup i really enjoyed it cause i love spicy food The fish is so good and also Hunan style grilled prawn its taste good but little salty. Pumpkin with chicken is sweet and taste different I 1st time tried something different. The other dish was ok not bad...which is Lion head with abalone sauce. cabbage as it taste like oyster sauce. the only dish I don't really enjoy is Corn Soup with Spareribs as I don't feel the taste of a soup . otherwise its really good... CAN TRY!!!
