只要去到有卖板面的地方，很多时候，我都会选择吃板面！麻辣板面很多地方都可以找到，但是我自己比较喜欢Jojo的！午餐或晚餐时间，这家店都很多人，偶尔还需要等位子。除了好喝的汤底跟Q的面条，他们还有特制的酱料跟辣椒。加下汤底后，更美味！

Craving for a bowl of hot noodle soup, i i went in to this Pan Mee place in Subang Jaya. Finding a car park here is also quite a nightmare. Nowadays there are so many Pan Mee specialty shop, that JoJo Little Kitchen is actually on top of my list. Ordered a bowl of original Pan Mee. I also prefer to have the noodle prepared in pieces. You can have the option of thick, thin, or pieces noodle. The noodle was very smooth and not too thick, cooked well without tasting any uncooked flour taste. The pan mee is served in anchovy broth, very flavourful and taste sweet from the sweetness of anchovies. I also like their minced pork in the noodle soup. The braised minced pork is pack with flavors. Eating the minced pork alone is satisfying too. There were veggies and sliced mushroom in it. The fried anchovies and sambal were served separately. At this place, you can add as much sambal or chilli flakes as you like. They have the sambal and chilli flakes ready on the table for you to add at your own convenience. With that, a hot noodle soup and spicy delicious sambal, I was sweating profusely.
